Introduction
Thank you for choosing the Stormlikes website. We have some rules here. Part of these rules are related to us and we must comply, and part of these rules are related to customers and actually people who use our services.
These rules may change and we reserve the right to change them.
Services
We provide social networking services. Our goal is to provide the best service in the shortest time. If you have a question about the service, it is better to find the answer in the FAQ section of that service or the FAQ page, or ask through the support that is online 24/7.
Delivery time
Orders will be sent as soon as payment is confirmed. You can adjust the delivering speed during the order in the settings section or before it via online chat.
There may be a slight delay in the provision of services at times. We are obliged to complete them according to the time announced for each service. This delay should not be more than 3 days. If the delay is more than 3 days, we are obliged to return the customer's money.
The customer is obliged to keep his account public while receiving the service. If the delay in sending the service is due to problems in the customer's account (for example, being private or restricted), it is the customer's responsibility to fix the problem and there is no delay on our part.
If the services received by the customer are missing, we are obliged to refill them again according to the warranty. The customer may delete some of his own services, and in this case the order will be out of warranty. Or if the number of services taken is less than the initial amount, it will be removed from the warranty for refill.
Cancel order
This possibility exists before the order is fully received. It is not possible to cancel orders after receiving them. You can make your account private while receiving the order so that the orders are not sent.
Refund
Please read this section carefully. In general, digital products cannot be refunded after being sent. For any reason, if you are not satisfied with the service, contact us via online chat or email.
